Delivery & Returns
We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only. We aim to dispatch orders within 2-3 days after receiving payment. If you have an urgent dinner engagement, please drop us a line and let us know - we’ll see what we can do for you!
For pre-orders, you will be advised on the estimated date of delivery at the point of placing your order.
We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. In the event that you would like to return an item, please email us at email@example.com with ‘Return’ in the subject line.
After you receive your order, you have 14 days to let us know that you would like to arrange a return. Once 14 days have passed, we unfortunately can’t offer any returns/refunds.
To be eligible for a refund, you will need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase. Your order must be unused, and in the same condition that you received it - and in it’s original packaging.
Once you have emailed us your request for a return/ refund, we will send you instructions on where to send your package. You will need to cover the post of postage for the return.
You should consider using a trackable shipping service. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
When we have received your returned item and inspected it, we will let you know if your refund has been approved. Once approved, your refund will be processed and you will be refunded to your original payment method.
When you receive your order please unpack and inspect it, and get in touch right away if there are any damages, or other issues with the product. We will be happy to send replacement items for damaged goods, if we are notified within 7 days.
